Radisson Blu Frankfurt, 2019

The 4-star business hotel is located in a high-rise building that, with its 96-metre, catches the eye as you enter the city, especially because of its unusual architecture, an upright circular disc.

The 19-storey building houses restaurants, conference rooms, a wellness-area, and an underground car park as well as more than 450 rooms. These were updated with great success as part of a complete refurbishment of all surfaces, relevant furniture, and technical components.

AUKETT+HEESE Frankfurt acted as local coordinator for the international client, who had no other local representation. For this purpose, we checked the designers’ concept for local feasibility, were the contact for the Spanish company carrying out the work, took over the mediation and compliance with the local rules of technology and fire protection, were responsible for the construction site coordination of the implementation during the ongoing operation of the hotel and provided quality control with reporting.
